- Orders & Payments: billing/shipping details, purchase history (payment cards are processed by secure third-party processors; we don’t store full card numbers).

- Device/Usage: IP, device IDs, browser/OS, access times, referring URLs, app usage stats.
- App Data: lighting preferences, schedules, device settings.

c) Smart Devices & Integrations
- Audio/Motion: opt-in features (music sync, voice control, motion) may access microphone/sensors. Audio is processed locally unless you explicitly enable cloud features.
- Third-Party Platforms: if you connect Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or Control4, we may receive info per your settings.
d) Dealers & Installers
If you purchase through a dealer or authorized installer, we may receive your contact and installation details to coordinate service.

- How We Use It: to send notifications, service updates, and limited promotional messages in compliance with 10DLC.
- No Sale/Sharing of Mobile Data: We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
