Hawkstone supplies replacement products for warranty claims involving equipment malfunction due to manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover issues related to network connectivity, use of the mobile application, improper programming, or other misunderstandings regarding app functionality.
Depending on your location and issue(outside of warranty governs), you might incur a service fee, but the defective product will still be covered under warranty.
